These are very personal questions! I mean, I only share my pretzel preferences with my very closest friends... **blush** 1. Back in my meat eating days, I was a ketchup & relish kinda gal, unless it was a corn dog and that required mustard. And there there were the Chicago dogs. Yum. 2. There are a few decent veggie dogs out there but I do prefer the seitan (wheat gluten) over most soy dogs. 3. fresh pretzel with mustard is the BEST! 4. Dry mustard is a fantastic ingredient. My mom puts it in her famous baked beans.

hotdog poll x. What do you like on your Hot Dog? variety is the spice of life-Usually a kosher dog, real casing, and whatever the available toppings of the day. Usually ketchup. dark mustard, and relish. I like me a street dog occasionally with sour crout on it too, and grilled onions. x. would you eat a tofu flavored hotdog? why flavor a hotdog with tofu? I have had vegie dogs-but I prefer meat! x. what do you like on your pretzel? what type of pretzel-little hard ones or sticks from the bag are best eaten as is. But a Philly street pretzel must be eaten with mustard! x. what do you eat with mustard? I like it in mac and cheese (as well as curry powder). Hamburgers, I sometimes put a little in potato salad/egg salad.
